By booking an appointment with HeroicCity, you agree to the terms of service provided.

3. Booking and Payment

  • To book an appointment, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested by HeroicCity.

  • All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking or upon completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and cash.

  • HeroicCity reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if we believe the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a 100% charge will apply.

5. Service Modifications

  • HeroicCity reserves the right to modify the services provided or the terms of any booking at its discretion. Any changes to your appointment will be communicated to you.

  • In the event of unavoidable circumstances (such as staff unavailability or technical issues), HeroicCity may need to reschedule or adjust your appointment.

6. Product Sales

  • All products sold by HeroicCity, including nail care products, are subject to availability.

  • Products purchased from HeroicCity are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

  • HeroicCity is not responsible for the misuse or mishandling of products by the customer.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

  • HeroicCity collects personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
