- Perishable products, such as food or treats
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Process

5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. If the return is a result of our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.
