1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship to all U.S. states and selected international countries. Please check availability at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)

  • International Shipping (7–15 business days)
    Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and customs.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders over $75.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order via your HeroicCity account.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

HeroicCity is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or opting for signature confirmation.

8. Damaged Items in Transit

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Restricted Items & Customs

Some cosmetic products may be restricted in certain countries due to local regulations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders.

During peak seasons or public holidays, shipping times may be delayed due to increased demand and carrier limitations. We advise ordering early during these periods.
