1. Service Pricing

  • All services provided by HeroicCity are priced based on the type of treatment, complexity, and duration. The prices for our services are listed on our website and in our salon.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We recommend checking our website or contacting us directly for the most up-to-date pricing information.


2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for services and products:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • Cash Payments (in-store only)

  • Mobile Payments: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Gift Cards: HeroicCity gift cards can be used for any service or product purchase.

All payments must be made in full at the time of service or purchase.


3. Discounts and Promotions

  • HeroicCity occasionally offers discounts, special promotions, and packages. These offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

  • Any promotional codes or special offers must be applied at the time of booking or checkout. HeroicCity cannot apply discounts retroactively.


4. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe will result in a 50% charge for the missed appointment.

  • For no-show appointments, 100% of the service fee will be charged.


5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • HeroicCity aims to provide high-quality services, but in cases of dissatisfaction, we may offer a re-service or partial refund after evaluating the situation.

  • Refunds are only provided within 7 days of service completion and are subject to review and approval.

  • Products purchased from HeroicCity are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund as per our return policy.


6. Gift Cards

  • HeroicCity gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed for any service or product at our salon.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Expired gift cards will not be accepted, and HeroicCity will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.


7. Taxes and Additional Charges

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes, which will be added at the time of checkout or booking.

  • Any additional fees, such as late cancellation fees or rescheduling fees, will be communicated and charged accordingly.


8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking appointments or purchasing services and products.

  • Customers must arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
