  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2.2. Return Timeframe

  • Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at support@heroiccity.xyz with the order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.4. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

2.5. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used nail polish products, or for any items on final sale.
